Calling all Chinese cooking enthusiasts for Channel 4!

Channel 4 is making a new TV series all about Chinese cooking to celebrate Chinese cuisine and show Britain just how great real Chinese food can be.

Channel 4 wants to talk to people who love to cook authentic Chinese!

• Does someone in your family have a fovourite Chinese dish which they're brilliant at cooking?
• Do you have a secret family recipe that you all love?
• Do you know somebody with a special recipe and an amazing story behind it?
• Are you great at cooking Chinese food?

Maybe you have a granma who makes her own delicious dim sum? Or have you got a girlfriend who's never without her wok? Perhaps you have fresh needle parties with your friends? Or does your family cook a Chinese feast every Sunday?

It doesn't matter if you're a Chinese student on a year abroad or simply learnt it all from your Chinese grandparents - we want to hear from you if you cook Chinese.
