Pineapple Fried Rice with Prawns and Chicken

Ingredients

200g boil rice.

80g prawns (cut into small pieces).

2nos egg (beaten).

30g chicken breast cut into small pieces.

1 thsp sesame oil.

50g pineapple cut into small.

10g spring onion chopped into small pieces.

1/8 tsp salt.

1 tbsp light soy sauce.

Method

(i)                  Heat up vegetable oil to fragrant and beaten the egg then add prawns and chicken stir fry until cooked.

(ii)                Add in boil rice then put some salt, pineapple and spring onion stirring constantly over high heat till fragrant. Lastly add in light soy sauce and stir well combined or dry. Dish up and add dry crispy fish on top.
