Fried Chicken with Sweet Basic Leaf and Chinese Mushroom

 

INGREDINET

2 nos (350g) chicken thigh and cut into pieces.

30g sweet basil leaf

4 garlic cloves (slices)

10 fresh ginger slices

1 nos spring onion chopped

5 nos Chinese mushroom (soaked)

Seasoning

4 tbsp shoaling wine.

1 tbbsp oyster sauce.

1/2 tsp sugar.

½ tsp dark soy sauce.

¼ tsp seasame oil.

Method

(i)                  heated up 3 thsp vegetable oil to fragrant garlic and ginger. Add in chicken pieces and Chinese mushroom stir- fry for a while until the colour is changes.

(ii)                Add in seasoning stir well, covered and simmer over a low heat for a few minute or until the sauce is slightly thick. Blend in basil leaves and spring onion, stirring constantly until well combined. Then remove serve hot.
