Chilli Crabs

Ingredients

1 nos crabs.

20g chopped onion

20g chopped garlic

20g ginger

100g chilli

20g dry shrimp

10g pelican

1 nos egg

30g sweet chilli sauce

200 ml water-sugar and msg.

Steps

1 pound the ingredients No2 with the blender until finely paste.

2 rinse the crabs and cut into convenience pieces, add 1 tsp cornstarch to marinade crabs. Deep fry into hot oil until cooked, then remove drained and keep aside.

3 Heat up 50ml vegetable oil in the preheated wok to sauté onion and garlic till fragrant add marinade no2. Stir fry until aromatic.

4 Add a crabs stir fry for a while, pour in water and seasioning bring to a boil . Simmer over medium heat for 25-30 minute until the sauce is slightly thick. Then remove from heat and serve it hot.
