Community Effort on Securing Malaysia’s Visa Regime

The “Voluntary Return” workshop organized by the Chinese Information and Advice Centre (CIAC) and High Commission of Malaysia in London this Monday, 14 September revealed the could-not-be-easier procedure for overstayers to voluntarily return to Malaysia.

Ms. Zalikha Moslim, the Immigration Attache who just took over the office gave a succinct presentation on the stance of the Malaysian government and how one can take up the assistance for voluntary return at ease. The Chair of CIAC, Cllr Edmond Yeo remarked, “I am delighted that the workshop is very interactive and our audience responsive.”

CIAC has also had two successful VR workshops with the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the High Commission of Malaysia.
