A Helping Hand for Chinese Offenders

The Chinese Information and Advice Centre (CIAC) has a new one-year project from April 2010 to help adult offenders of Chinese heritage serve their community sentences or license.

This project is funded by London Probation which is a part of the National Probation Service. Services are provided to help offenders who received a Community Order or are released from the prison on license to tackle their offending behavior and resettle into the society.
