The 2009 Chinese New Year's Day falls on 26 Jan and the celebrations will be held in London Chinatown area over the weekend of 31 Jan and 1 Feb. There will be food, goods, a variety of stalls and performances including traditional lion and dragon dance in Chinatown, Leicester Square, Shaftesbury Avenue and Trafalgar Square.
CIAC will have a stall on both dates, giving out the Year of the Ox calendars and goodie bags as part of our fundraising activity.
