CIAC's Information Development service focuses on providing information that is beneficial to our service users and other London Chinese organisations.
Resource Library
We operate a bilingual section at the Charing Cross Public Library. Chinese publications on health, welfare, arts and UK law are available.
Publications
CIAC produces a number of publications. The main one, in partnership with the Chinese in Britain Forum, is the Chinese Community Services Directory containing information on over 1,000 Chinese organisations. The latest Newsletter is availble in Chinese and English.
Translation
CIAC continues its partnership with other organisations to translate their publications into Chinese.
Workshops & Events
CIAC organises a number of workshops each year. Our last workshop was 'Welfare Benefits & Voluntary Return for Chinese Refugees & Asylum Seekers' where CIAC worked in partnerships with the International Organisation for Migration, the Charing Cross Library and London Global Times .
